Benefits of Aerobic Exercise

Aerobic is the best way to pump you up. It may sound tiring but had many benefits. Best of all, it helps adequate blood flow throughout your body, enabling healthy oxygen supply to your body making you less tired.

It stimulates your brain and makes it active, resulting in enhanced performance in whatever you do. These benefits are apart from the regular ones like burning your body fat etc. Aerobics also increase your flexibility and make you feel fresh, increases your immunity and gives you strength. It sets the hormones flow right in the body and reduces risks of ailments like diabetes, cholesterol, fatigue etc. 

Aerobic exercises include various sports such as martial arts (which also combines anaerobic exercises), running, walking, cycling, swimming, skiing and of course indoor exercises. It fulfills body’s smooth functioning like breathing, blood circulation etc too, says Sachin Karpe. Other benefits include helping to sleep better, reducing high blood triglycerides and improves cardiovascular function. Sachin Karpe advices aerobics exercise at least 3-5 times daily with a good trainer. One must see a doctor frequently to keep a healthy check on the body.
